This hotel is in an absolutely FABULOUS location to visit the area flower fields in the Spring — you can drive just a few minutes to many of them or even walk 3 minutes out the front door of the hotel and find yourself surrounded by tulips! Clean, quiet room. Extremely comfortable bed with good pillows. Nice rain shower with lots of hot water, good pressure and a free-flowing drain (shampoo and shower gel provided). Plenty of vanity space around the sink to set toiletries. Strong WiFi, lots of electrical outlets to charge devices. Giving guests drink coupons each day as a thanks for opting out of daily room cleaning is a nice touch. Pieter at check-in provided absolutely outstanding customer service — a super warm welcome and SO much information about the flower weekend festivities. He went above and beyond and is a great ambassador for the hotel.

I liked my room; it was sunny, spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff did a great job arranging the room before my arrival. Everything was clean, functional, and well maintained. Many thanks to Pieter at the reception for his excellent recommendations for the local area as well as near Alkmaar. I visited almost every place he recommended; just superb recommendations! I appreciated the extra time he took to printout bus directions to reach Aalsmeer Flower Auction. This was above and beyond expectations. Thank you also to Marielle for her help on directions to the night and day flower parades. I would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful staff at reception. Great environmental rewards policy if you didn't require housekeeping or change of towels. Very nice touches for travelling with dogs and easy access to a woodland area with walkways to take them for a walk close to the hotel. The leisure and spa facilities were very nice and the hotel shop had a nice selection of gifts etc. Brilliant hotel to go to if you were organising a conference as they were very geared up for that, but it didn't detract if you were a individual guest and everything appeared very well run.

Tissues and hand cream provided in the bathroom. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. Plenty of free parking on site. Pleasant, helpful staff. Free lollies, doughnuts, and drinks available when checking in was a nice touch, welcoming, and very much appreciated, as was the inflated bouncy castle, and games provided.

Breakfast was good. There was a good choice and it was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, we had a superior room that was very spacious. The pool was an added bonus - great fun for the kids. Would happily stay again. The late check-out also meant we weren't in a rush which was so nice.
